By accessing or using BeMyRecruiter (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, AI-driven resume services, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use. BeMyRecruiter reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Services Provided & Business Rights

  • AI-generated resumes tailored to user input.
  • Subscription-based access to our platform.
  • Payment processing via third-party providers.

BeMyRecruiter does not guarantee:

  • Job placement, recruitment outcomes, or interview opportunities.
  • Compatibility of resumes with all job application systems.
  • Uninterrupted service access or system uptime.

User Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • Users must be 18+ or of legal age in their jurisdiction.
  • Use must comply with all applicable laws.
  • All account information must be accurate and truthful.
  • No reverse-engineering or misuse of BeMyRecruiter’s AI.
  • Users are responsible for their resume content and outcomes.
  • We are not liable for rejections or missed job opportunities.

Account Management & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our discretion.
  • Termination forfeits access to all services.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscription, Billing & Payment Terms

  • Fees are charged via third-party payment processors.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • No refunds for unused time unless legally required.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via account settings.
  • Access ends immediately upon cancellation.
  • No refunds for the remaining billing period.

Data Use, Retention & Ownership

By using BeMyRecruiter, you grant us a license to process your data for service delivery. We retain ownership of all AI-generated content and models.

  • Data may be kept for legal, business, or analytical purposes.
  • We are not obligated to return or transfer user data post-termination.

Data Deletion Policy

  • Anonymized data may be retained after closure.
  • Deletion requests must be submitted in writing and may be declined.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • All warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
  • We are not liable for reliance on AI-generated resumes.
  • We are not responsible for lost income, opportunities, or unauthorized access.

Maximum Liability: Limited to the total subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to a claim.

Indemnification

  • Resume content, data loss, or unauthorized access.
  • Employment decisions based on AI-generated materials.
  • Recruiter or third-party actions beyond our control.

Governing Law & Legal Disputes

These Terms are governed by Alberta and Canadian law. Disputes must be resolved via individual arbitration in Alberta. Class actions are not permitted.

Changes to Terms

BeMyRecruiter may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of user data by BeMyRecruiter (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using BeMyRecruiter, you (“User,” “you”) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

BeMyRecruiter reserves the unrestricted right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of all modifications.

BeMyRecruiter retains full discretion over data collection, processing, storage, and retention policies within the bounds of Canadian law.

Information We Collect

User-Provided Information:

  • Name, email, social login credentials
  • Work history, job titles, skills, education
  • Credit card details (via third-party)

Automatically Collected Information:

  • IP, browser, OS, session logs
  • Resume edits, job preferences, usage behavior
  • Cookies for authentication, analytics, and fraud prevention

Users have no expectation of anonymity while using the platform.

Use of Data

  • Payments and subscriptions
  • Security and fraud detection
  • Service improvement and insights

Data Retention & Deletion

Data may be retained indefinitely for legal, business, or analytical reasons. Anonymized data may be used post-account deletion.

  • Users can request deletion; compliance takes precedence
  • No data portability is guaranteed

Third-Party Sharing

  • Payment processors
  • Cloud/AI infrastructure providers
  • Regulators or legal compliance authorities

Security & Liability

  • We implement standard security but offer no guarantees
  • Users are responsible for protecting login credentials
  • Liability is limited to 3 months of paid subscription

Limitation of User Rights

  • Access and correction may be denied if unreasonable
  • No obligation to deliver data in specific formats
  • Deletion requests may be denied

Governing Law

Policy is governed by Alberta law. Disputes resolved via arbitration in Alberta. No class actions.

Changes
